NICD COLLECTIVE POLICIES
At NICD COLLECTIVE, we value your time and strive to provide the highest quality service. To ensure we can serve all of our clients efficiently, we kindly ask that you respect the following policies:
Need to change or reschedule your appointment?
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty. This can be done by our online booking system or via contacting us on our socials @nicdcollective. Please note that booking fees before 24 hours are refundable minus the 5% service charge.
Cancellations
Cancellations (within 24 hours) to appointments will be charged 50% of the total appointment amount.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. A non-refundable deposit will be required for any future bookings.
Arriving late
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late and we are unable to complete your service, a 50% rescheduling fee will be charged. We may need to reschedule your appointment for a later time or date depending on availability.
Children
Due to the nature of our treatments and size of our salon, we have a strict no-children policy. If you arrive with children or additional guests accompany you to your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
All prices are non negotiable.
