Meet Nic,
Growing up in the Goulburn Valley her whole life, Nicola has always had a passion for beauty and of course having a chat! (To just about anyone she would come across).
After completing high school, she began her career in real estate, but soon realised her true calling lay in the beauty industry.
This led her to establish NICD COLLECTIVE (formerly known as NICD LASHES), a business built on her love for beauty and client relationships.
What started as a part-time venture quickly grew into a full-time career, with her services in high demand and completely booked within just a few months.
Currently, NIcola offers eyelash extension and spray tanning services. In addition to her client work, she also provides promade lash extension training, business mentoring, and supplies for fellow beauty professionals.

Meet Elle,
Introducing Elle, our brow specialist here at NICD COLLECTIVE.
Whilst growing up in the Goulburn Valley, she developed a passion for aesthetics and self-care from an early age, and later began her journey into the beauty world in 2018 by completing her Certificate III in Beauty Services. In 2023, she took a significant step towards her career aspirations by completing her Diploma of Beauty Therapy, equipping her with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the beauty industry.
Since then, she has immersed herself in the beauty industry, and her expertise spans various areas of beauty therapy, including skincare treatments, body treatments, lash services and spray tan services, but is best known for her skills in brow services such as waxing/sculpting, dyeing and laminations (which are her favourite!).

Meet Kayla,
Kayla is our lash and brow specialist here at NICD COLLECTIVE.
Originally from Merrigum and having grown up in the Kyabram and Shepparton area, Kayla has always had a strong passion for all things beauty. Her love for the industry started early and led her to complete her Certificate III in Makeup and Beauty Services in 2021–2022, followed by additional specialised training in lash and brow techniques through a range of online courses.
With two years of hands-on experience in the beauty industry, Kayla has honed her skills across a variety of services, including all styles of lash extensions, brow laminations, waxing and dyeing, lash lifts, and spray tanning. While she enjoys performing every treatment, she is especially passionate about lash extensions—creating beautiful, custom looks for each of her clients.
Kayla brings a warm and professional approach to every appointment, always striving to help her clients feel confident and cared for.
